As your therapist, I offer trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, and attachment-focused support for individuals, couples, and families. In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, listen to what your body and relationships have been trying to tell you, and create space for steadier connection. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself and more secure in your relationships.
