You’re not broken. Your nervous system learned smart ways to keep you safe; now those patterns may feel too tight. My role is to help you uncover the capacity that’s already inside, loosen what’s in the way, and practice new ways of relating Hoe to yourself, to stress, to the people you care about.

Collaborative sessions for caregivers who want to nurture their own regulation, model it for their kids, and refresh family patterns. You’ll leave with practical tools, greater self-compassion, and concrete steps for a calmer, more connected daily life.
