My approach is somatic and systemic, grounded in the belief that our bodies carry stories, not just from our personal lives, but from generations, systems, and the relationships that shape them. I can help you with:
I’m a California-born therapist, currently a PsyD student, and I provide therapy in both English and American Sign Language. My sessions include body-based practices, gentle humor, and a systemic lens that honors culture, family, and history. Clients describe me as warm, curious, and metaphor-friendly—imagine nervous-system work like adjusting a dimmer switch rather than flipping a light on or off. If you’re looking for a space to slow down and relate to yourself with more ease and honesty, I’d love to meet you.
Connect
Free 15-minute call (phone or video). We talk through what’s bringing you in, answer initial questions, and sense whether the fit feels right for both of us.
Prepare
Intake paperwork & portal setup. You’ll complete secure forms and assessments prior to our first session. This allows me to get a fuller picture and keeps the first session time focused on you, rather than logistics.
Ground
First session. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. There’s no pressure during the first session as this is a space where you can share at your own pace.
Explore
Ongoing sessions. We’ll work together to explore patterns, build coping strategies, and integrate healing techniques that support your growth.
Integrate
Life beyond the hour. We’ll incorporate simple practices into daily life and revisit goals as your nervous system gains more capacity, shifting to maintenance, deeper work, or gentle closure when you feel rooted enough to continue on your own.
