Heal with ESWellness

I support individuals, couples, and families work through stress, anxiety, and the impact of past and present relational wounds. Whether you’re navigating cultural and identity challenges, struggling in your relationships, or carrying the weight of family patterns, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and others.

My approach is rooted in body-based and relationship-focused therapy. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and systemic perspectives to address both personal and intergenerational stories. Together, we’ll create space to process, heal, and build healthier ways of relating.

At ESWellness, my goal is to provide a safe and affirming space where you can show up fully as yourself. Here, you’ll be supported in embracing your authentic story, deepening your relationships, and moving toward lasting growth and connection.

Specializing in Somatic Experiencing

In California, Nevada, and Idaho

“Healing is not fixing what is broken; it is growing into what is possible.” — Resmaa Menakem

When the same reactions keep showing up — anxiety in relationships, the weight of trauma, late-night overthinking, or constant stress — your body is asking for care. Together, we’ll explore those signals, understand the experiences and attachment patterns that shaped them, and create space for new possibilities in your body, your life, and your relationships.

I specialize in trauma therapy, anxiety support, and relationship counseling. My approach is attachment-based, somatic, and culturally responsive, helping individuals and families heal from stress, rebuild trust, and create healthier ways of relating.

How It Works

Connect

Free 15-minute call (phone or video). We talk through what’s bringing you in, answer initial questions, and sense whether the fit feels right for both of us.

Prepare

Intake paperwork & portal setup. You’ll complete secure forms and assessments prior to our first session. This allows me to get a fuller picture and keeps the first session time focused on you, rather than logistics.

Ground

First session. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. There’s no pressure during the first session as this is a space where you can share at your own pace.

Explore

Ongoing sessions. We’ll work together to explore patterns, build coping strategies, and integrate healing techniques that support your growth.

Integrate

Life beyond the hour. We’ll incorporate simple practices into daily life and revisit goals as your nervous system gains more capacity, shifting to maintenance, deeper work, or gentle closure when you feel rooted enough to continue on your own.
