I reserve limited slots for reduced-fee therapy appointments, using a sliding scale based on availability and financial need. Please contact me for reduced-fee.

I am in-network to accept the following insurances through a website called Headway:​

- Aetna
- Anthem Blue Cross California
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts ​
- Cigna​
- Magellan
- Optum/United Health
- Quest Behavioral Health

If I am considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance provider, I can provide you with a SuperBill if you have a mental health diagnosis for potential insurance reimbursement. Contact your insurance company directly to inquire about potential reimbursement, as I cannot guarantee reimbursement of therapy fees.

Non-emergency cancellations must be done 24 hours before a scheduled session. Late cancellations/no-shows will result in a charge of your full session fee.

This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

I return emails, calls, and texts at my earliest convenience, typically Monday - Friday. If you are having a counseling emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of your mental health services.
